No summons for Shilpa Shetty Kundra in husband Raj’s case?

After Raj Kundra was arrested a couple of days ago in relation to a pornography case, it’s being said that Mumbai Police have apparently confirmed that Shilpa Shetty Kundra will not be summoned.

“Shilpa Shetty is one of the directors of Viaan Industries while the police investigation is probing into Kenrin only”, said a source, as quoted by E Times.

Kenrin is the company owned by Kundra’s brother-in-law, Pradeep Bakshi. The Joint Commissioner of Police said in a press briefing, “Though the company was registered in London, the content creation, operation of the app and accounting was done through Kundra’s Viaan Industries”.

Kundra remains in police custody until 23rd July.
