Four employees likely to turn witnesses against Raj Kundra?

As Raj Kundra’s case continues to unfold, there seems to be more trouble for the businessman as reports suggest that four of his employees are likely to turn witnesses against him.

According to Pinkvilla, CBI sources say that the four employees from Viaan Industries will act as witnesses against Kundra due to his lack of cooperation with the investigation and added that they could be all confronted together.

Currently Kundra and one of his tech associates are in police custody over the production and uploading of adult content on the internet. The police have also carried out several raids at Kundra and wife Shilpa Shetty Kundra’s home.

Meanwhile, Kundra’s lawyer, advocate Subhash Jadhav has called his clients arrest as ‘illegal’, “Raj Kundra’s arrest is illegal. There is not a single video which can be called pornographic. A 4000 page charge sheet has been filed but the police were not even able to point out any sexually explicit act in the video which demonstrated illegality under section 67a. Rest of the section applied are bailable. The Supreme Court had earlier released Munawar Farooqui on the same grounds.”
