Actress Adah Sharma has put an end to months of speculation by confirming that she has moved into the Bandra apartment previously rented by the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. In a recent interview with Bombay Times, Adah revealed that she relocated to the Mont Blanc Apartments four months ago, accompanied by her mother and grandmother.
The apartment, which had been vacant for three years following Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic passing in June 2020, is now under a five-year lease signed by Adah. This move marks a significant transition for the actress, who had previously resided in Pali Hill her entire life.
Adah expressed a deep connection to the new space, citing its positive energy as a major factor in her decision. “Our homes in Kerala and Mumbai have been surrounded by trees, and we used to feed birds and squirrels,” she shared. “So, I wanted a home with a view and ample space to feed birds.”
In her efforts to personalise the apartment, Adah has undertaken several renovations. She has repainted the entire space white, creating a fresh and serene environment. The first floor has been transformed into a mandir (prayer room), a room on the top floor has been converted into a music room, and another room has been dedicated as a dance studio. Additionally, she has turned the terrace into a garden, bringing all her plants from her previous residence to the new space.
