Kangana Ranaut to make Hollywood debut with horror film

Kangana Ranaut is poised to make her Hollywood debut in the horror film ‘Blessed Be The Evil’.

According to a report by Variety, she will play the lead role alongside ‘Teen Wolf’ star Tyler Posey and Scarlett Rose Stallone.

The film centres on a Christian couple who, after enduring the heartbreak of a miscarriage, relocate to an abandoned farm with a sinister past. As they attempt to rebuild their lives, their love and faith are put to the ultimate test by a malevolent force.

‘Blessed Be The Evil’ will be directed by Anurag Rudra, best known for ‘Tailing Pond’. Reflecting on the inspiration behind the film, Rudra said: “Having been born and raised in rural India, I grew up hearing stories that became deeply rooted in my mind and heart.”

He added: “These tales were so enchanting that I truly believed in them. I’ve always wanted to share them with the world through cinema — the most powerful and beautiful medium to bridge dreams and reality.”
