Aamir Khan postpones ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ trailer after Kashmir attacks

Aamir Khan has decided to postpone the trailer launch of his upcoming film ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ in light of the recent Kashmir terror attacks.

A source told a leading publication, “The filmmakers initially planned to release the trailer this week, but given the current period of national mourning and tragedy, they have chosen to delay the launch out of respect.” The decision has been widely praised for its sensitivity, thoughtfulness, and awareness of the prevailing public sentiment during this difficult time.

The source further stated, “Aamir Khan and his team felt that releasing the trailer at this moment would be inappropriate.”

It has also been confirmed that the trailer, originally scheduled for this week, will remain on hold until the situation stabilises and the timing is deemed more suitable.
