Kapil Sharma to take break from TV show for London event?

Sony TV’s staple weekend comedy series ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ is reportedly going off-air in June.

Speculation is rife that the decision is down to Kapil Sharma taking on a huge event at London’s Wembley Arena, scheduled for around September. However, an official announcement about this is yet to made.

It is worth adding that Sharma previously took a break from the popular TV show, for events in USA/Canada last summer. He has also previously performed at London’s Wembley Arena in 2016.

On the television front, Sharma’s show has done well in ratings over the years. The show is expected to return later in the year with new characters and plot.
