Calls grow to remove Sajid Khan from ‘Bigg Boss 16’

Controversial filmmaker, Sajid Khan may be forced to leave the ‘Bigg Boss 16’ house if pressure mounts on the show’s producers.

Khan was accused of sexual misconduct during the Me Too movement four years ago. He had denied the accusations made by eight female colleagues.

Since the new series went on-air on Saturday, viewers have expressed their “disgust” and “anger” at his inclusion. Singer Sona Mohapatra and journalist Barkha Dutt have also tweeted their concerns.

A petition to eject him from ‘Bigg Boss 16’ has already garnered over 5,000 signatures.

Colors is yet to comment on the reports.
