Amazon Prime Video bags streaming rights for SRK’s ‘Pathaan’

Amazon Prime Video has reportedly acquired the digital rights to stream the much awaited Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone thriller ‘Pathaan’ after its theatrical release in January.

Reports say that the streaming giant has forked out a whopping Rs. 100 crore for the streaming rights, once its theatrical run is complete. The film is expected to stream on Prime Video in either April or May.

It is worth stating that Yash Raj Films’ other releases also currently sit under the Prime Video umbrella.

‘Pathaan’ releases at cinemas on 25th January 2023.
