Box Office: Poor start for ‘Liger’ in India

Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday’s much promoted new release ‘Liger’ has had a poor start at the box office.

According to Box Office Worldwide, the Dharma Productions’ backed film had an opening of around just 15% on Thursday. It garnered Rs. 1.5 crore nett. The film will also suffer from the negative reviews it has received.

Forecasters say that the film will struggle to collect anymore than Rs. 5 crore today, which will be very disappointing.
