Box Office: ‘Pathaan’ clocks up a historic £4 million in UK

Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone’s action-thriller blockbuster ‘Pathaan’ continues to smash records with latest figures suggesting the film will finish as the biggest Indian film in history at the UK box office.

According to latest data, the film will close the third weekend of its business at around £3.9 million. This is huge! Any film achieving anything around the £1 million outside Eid or Christmas is deemed a success but this is tearing up any previous records.

Overall, the film is nearing Rs. 1000 crore at the global box office, making it the biggest ever success in the history of Indian cinema.
