Box Office: Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Fighter’ starts off on a decent note

Siddharth Anand’s latest release ‘Fighter’ starring Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor, has got off to a decent start at the box office in India.

Box Office India reports that the film’s opening is not up to expectations – most likely down to a Thursday opening. However, its positive reviews can only improve the film’s business during the long weekend in India (India Republic Day weekend).

The film’s opening day business is expected to be less than ‘Tiger 3’, which garnered around Rs. 40 crore nett on the day before Diwali.
