Box Office: ‘Drishyam 2’ gets off to a flying start

Ajay Devgn’s ‘Drishyam 2’ has re-ignited the box office in India with a bumper start on Friday.

According to Box Office India, the thriller garnered around Rs. 14-16 crore nett on day one itself. The film could emerge as the second highest Hindi release of the year. Currently, it sits behind ‘Brahmastra’.

‘Drishyam 2’ has performed strongly in Mumbai. The film is expected to hit Rs. 20 crore nett on its second day of release.
