Triptii Dimri sparks backlash after cancelling Jaipur event

Bollywood actress Triptii Dimri found herself in controversy after opting out of an event in Jaipur.

Reports claim she was accused of cancelling her appearance despite allegedly being paid Rs. 5.5 lakhs. Organisers even threatened legal action, with some resorting to vandalising her posters at the venue.

Triptii Dimri’s spokesperson responded, saying, “During the ongoing promotional campaign for her film ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’, Triptii Dimri fully honoured her professional obligations, attending all scheduled events and sessions related to the film.”

The statement clarified, “Notably, she did not participate or commit to any personal appearances or events beyond her promotional duties. No additional fees or payments were accepted for her involvement in these activities.”
