Sandeep Reddy Vanga expresses anger at ‘Spirit’ script leak after Deepika Padukone’s exit

Sandeep Reddy Vanga has publicly voiced his frustration over the apparent leak of the script for his highly anticipated film ‘Spirit’, following Deepika Padukone’s reported exit from the project.

The film has been making headlines recently, particularly after Padukone was allegedly replaced by Triptii Dimri, who will now star alongside Prabhas. Vanga took to social media in a pointed post filled with sarcasm, betrayal, and veiled accusations, seemingly addressing Padukone’s alleged involvement in the leak.

In his tweet, Vanga expressed his disappointment, writing: “When I narrate a story to an actor, I do so with complete trust. That, in itself, is an unwritten NDA. By doing this, you have revealed who you truly are…” He continued, “Haha, degrading a younger actor and discarding my story? Is this what feminism stands for now? Do whatever you want. Tell the whole story next time—because I don’t think any of it matters anymore.”

With hashtags such as #dirtyPRgames and cryptic remarks like “You didn’t get it, you don’t get it, and you never will,” Vanga’s discontent was unmistakable.

While he refrained from directly naming Padukone, the implication was clear. The audience quickly grasped the underlying message, even before journalists had the chance to analyse it.
