Raj Kundra’s petition dismissed in Bombay High Court

The Bombay High Court has reserved its verdict in Raj Kundra’s plea.

Kundra had filed a writ petition in court terming his arrest as illegal. However, the court reserved its verdict after hearing both parties.

According to DNA India, the public prosecutor said that Kundra had destroyed evidence and there was a possibility of destroying further evidence. The prosecutor added that Kundra was not cooperating in the investigation and had also refused to take a notice of 41A.

Kundra was arrested last month over allegations of producing and distributing pornography content.
