Raj Kundra will be extending his stay in custody after the sessions court deferred hearing on his bail plea until 20th August.
Reports say that the Crime Branch had listed out 19 reasons to oppose his bail. It said that Kundra was not cooperating and their investigation was still on.
Kundra has been accused of producing and distributing pornography content. As well as Kundra, his brother-in-law Pradeep Bakshi, is also said to be under police radar. So far, 11 people have been arrested.
