Prithviraj Sukumaran replaces Ayushmann Khurrana as lead in Kareena Kapoor Khan’s next

Prithviraj Sukumaran is set to step into the lead role originally intended for Ayushmann Khurrana in Meghna Gulzar’s upcoming film, where he will star opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan.

As reported by India Today, Prithviraj will portray a police officer in this project, which is inspired by a real and disturbing incident.

Sources reveal that Prithviraj was drawn to the script’s strong message. “He connected with the storyline and its impactful message. His role is crucial in driving the narrative forward, while Kareena’s character will showcase her in a fresh way, balancing strength, vulnerability, and intuition,” shared a source.
