With work underway for ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, it seems the team are looking for a younger actress to be paired opposite Salman Khan in the family drama.
Bollywood Hungama reports that Khan’s ‘Kisi Ki Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ co-star Pooja Hegde is favourite to replace Kareena Kapoor Khan in the sequel.
A source told the publication, “Salman has roped in Pooja Hegde to replace Kareena Kapoor in ‘Pavan Putra Bhaijaan’. However, it remains to be seen if Pooja will play a new character or step into Bebo’s shoes”.

Meanwhile, the film’s writer Vijeyandra Prasad said, “I have narrated the story outline to Bhai (Salman Khan), and he has loved it. Now the ball is in his court to decide on timelines.”
