Hrithik Roshan has reportedly acquired the rights to create a Hindi adaptation of the Hollywood film ‘I Am Legend’, which starred Will Smith.

According to Mid-Day, Roshan has secured the rights to remake the post-apocalyptic thriller for a Hindi audience and has tasked his team with developing the project. While he has started discussions with a potential director, the adaptation is still in its early stages.

Currently, the only confirmed project in his lineup is the fourth installment of his superhero franchise, ‘Krrish’. Produced by his father Rakesh Roshan along with Siddharth Anand, ‘Krrish 4’ is scheduled to begin filming next year, with Karan Malhotra set to direct.
