‘Dhoom’ director Sanjay Gadhvi passes away

‘Dhoom’ film director Sanjay Gadhvi has passed away, aged 56.

His daughter Sanjuna confirmed the news. He died on Sunday morning by a reported cardiac arrest.

She told PTI, “He passed away at 9.30 am this morning at his residence. We are not sure what it is, but it is most likely a heart attack. He wasn’t unwell, he was perfectly healthy.”

Gadhvi was behind the successes of ‘Dhoom’ (2004) and ‘Dhoom 2’ (2006).

He was due to turn 57 this week.
