Bank of Baroda has withdrawn its auction notice for actor and BJP MP Sunny Deol’s bungalow in Juhu, Mumbai.
The U-turn comes after the bank on Sunday said that the bungalow would commence at Rs. 51.43 crore. Bank of Baroda has now cited “technical reason” for the withdrawal.
“Corrigendum to e-auction notice with regards to sale auction notice in respect of Mr Ajay Singh Deol alias Mr Sunny Deol stands withdrawn due to technical reasons,” the Bank of Baroda.

Deol has borrowed Rs. 55.9 crore from Bank of Baroda in December 2022 for his company, Sunny Sounds Pvt Ltd, which produces film and operates a studio in his Juhu villa. Both, the property, known as Sunny Villa and Sunny Sounds were at risk of being auctioned off.
