Lyca Radio – Leicester has been announced as the exclusive radio partner for the upcoming Leicester Mela, marking a first for the station.
This partnership is a significant achievement for the Lyca Radio Network, which launched Lyca Radio – Leicester only in November 2024. It will also be the station’s debut in hosting and broadcasting live from the two-day event.
The Leicester Mela is set to take place on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th August at Abbey Park, a stunning green space located in the heart of the city and close to the iconic Golden Mile shopping district, celebrated within the Asian community.
The event promises to feature a vibrant mix of Asian-style brand stalls alongside a rich array of cultural and entertainment performances on stage. The full line-up of activities and attractions will be unveiled in the coming weeks.
