Shilpa Shetty Kundra moves Bombay HC over “defamatory content”

News has it that Shilpa Shetty Kundra has moved the Bombay High Court against social media platforms for “defamatory content”.

The actress has reportedly said that social media platforms Instagram and Facebook have put up content that is “smearing” her reputation and that it’s “insensitive, malicious and false”.

Shetty Kundra has moved the court a week after her husband’s arrest for allegedly being a “key conspirator” in the case in questions linked to apparently a pornography app.
